What you will do
- Lead and develop a global team of 40+ finance professionals.
- Own central T&O financial reporting, forecasting, and planning cycles.
- Provide executive-level financial insights to the COO and CFO to drive strategic decision-making.
- Manage the CAPEX process and ensure accountability for post-investment performance.
- Implement standardized business controls and ensure compliance with internal SOPs.
- Collaborate with the T&O management team to drive operational performance improvements.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Finance and business processes like Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing global teams.
- Strong expertise in financial controls, governance frameworks, and process standardization.
- Fluent English communication skills essential for presenting to international senior stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at the executive level.
Nice to have
- Professional qualifications such as MBA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
