What you will do
- Lead and develop the global T&O Controlling team of more than 40 FTEs.
- Own central financial reporting and the T&O planning calendar across budgets, rolling financial forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the COO, CFO, and senior leadership team.
- Lead financial analysis, business cases, and strategic project support across different scenarios.
- Drive CAPEX governance, investment decisions, and post-investment performance accountability.
- Strengthen forecasting, compliance, controls, and standardized processes across all T&O cycles.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in Finance and related business processes, such as manufacturing or supply chain management.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing global teams, including performance management and talent development.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and process standardization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and executive-level decision-making skills.
- Fluent English communication skills are essential; additional languages are an advantage.
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Additional language skills.
