Business Analyst - Asset and Liability Management / Interest Rate Risk (ALM Tribe)-1 (Fintech)

TL;DR

Business Analyst (Fintech): Developing and improving Asset and Liability Management (ALM) and Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) processes and reporting workflows with an accent on target platform implementation (QRM). Focus on translating complex business requirements into effective solutions, performing deep data analysis via SQL, and coordinating with international stakeholders.

Location: Manila, Philippines. Willing to work onsite (30% to 50% of the month) in One Ayala Tower, Makati

What you will do

• Own and improve ALM/IRRBB processes and reporting workflows.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and root cause investigations.
• Support the implementation of new functionalities, enhancements, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Treasury, and IT stakeholders across international teams.
• Coordinate testing, release activities, and business sign-offs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in econometrics, mathematics, economics, or similar quantitative study.
• At least 3 years of experience in the banking or financial industry.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in MS SQL and knowledge of ETL processes.
• Ability to work mid-shift (11 am to 2 pm).
• Based in or able to work in Makati, Philippines.
