Salary: $115,000 - $158,000 Annually

What you will do

• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories for platform development.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Manage and groom the product backlog in collaboration with the product owner.
• Oversee integration of business and system requirements while providing support to technical teams.
• Track team velocity and sprint progress using Jira to ensure transparency.
• Support QA and testing activities to verify that software meets established requirements.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required to obtain and maintain EPA Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Agilist.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, capacity planning, and velocity estimation.
• Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and facilitate conflict resolution.
