TL;DR
IT Project Manager (Development): Leading and coordinating software development, application modernization, and DevSecOps projects with an accent on stakeholder management and Systems Engineering Life Cycle compliance. Location: On-site at USCG Aviation Logistics Center, Elizabeth City, North Carolina
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually

What you will do
- Plan, execute, and close application development and modernization projects.
- Lead Agile and DevSecOps activities including sprint planning and backlog management.
- Manage project schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and status reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, architects, and cybersecurity teams.
- Oversee testing phases including unit, integration, regression, and user-acceptance testing.
- Review and approve technical documentation and ensure compliance with USCG standards.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical or business field.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or comparable certification required.
- At least five years of technical project management experience.
- At least one year of supervisory or team-lead experience.
- Familiarity with the system-development life cycle.
Nice to have
- Experience managing Federal Government software-development projects.
- Familiarity with cloud environments like Azure or AWS.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of Section 508 and Federal systems documentation.
