About the Role

You will build partner marketing and customer advocacy programs for ElevenAgents. You will run joint programs with technology partners, use shared MDF budgets, develop customer case studies, and create programs that encourage customers and partners to champion ElevenLabs. You will measure program impact and communicate results to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience running partner co-marketing and/or customer advocacy programs at a high-growth B2B company
• Storytelling and writing skills for audiences ranging from case studies to conference keynotes
• Knowledge of building customer and partner advocacy at enterprise scale
• Ability to measure programs and communicate results to leadership
• Ability to set priorities and work with minimal process
• Experience marketing AI agents, contact center technology, or developer tooling

Responsibilities

• Build partner marketing and customer advocacy programs for ElevenAgents
• Run joint programs with technology partners
• Develop customer deployments into case studies
• Create programs that encourage customers and partners to publicly champion ElevenLabs
• Measure program results and communicate them to leadership
