What you will do

• Execute 10-12 strategic events annually from end-to-end, including internal and virtual events.
• Partner with the sales organization to drive lead generation and accelerate existing deals during events.
• Manage global event logistics, including booth materials, shipping, and receiving.
• Oversee event lead flow, from pre-event attendee curation to timely lead uploads with marketing ops.
• Analyze event marketing results and provide detailed performance reports to sales teams.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and maintain vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time marketing experience, primarily in an event marketing role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel 30% - 40%.
• Proven success in collaborating with sales teams to drive measurable business growth.
• Strong project management and budget management skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
• Proficiency with ON24, Cvent, Asana, Salesforce, or Marketo.
