What you will do

• Manage end-to-end event preparation, including venue sourcing and stakeholder presentations.
• Coordinate deliverables such as invitations, communications, gifting, and on-site materials.
• Provide on-site support for meetings, including setup and attendee management.
• Track event success and update marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Handle financial administration, including purchase orders and invoice tracking.
• Manage team resources, inventory, and quarterly newsletter preparation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York City (3 days per week).
• 2 years of event marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or hospitality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Bizzabo, Asana, Monday.com).
• Ability to interact professionally with C-level executives.
