What you will do

• Coordinate event logistics, including venue communication, vendor coordination, catering, and AV setup for local chapters.
• Execute communication campaigns via email, social media, and CRM to drive event attendance.
• Support the onboarding and coordination of volunteer chapter leaders using standard templates and guidelines.
• Track program success and visibility using predefined metrics such as attendance and engagement.
• Maintain accurate internal documentation and chapter records to support process improvements.
• Collaborate with sponsors, speakers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, community operations, or program support roles.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas for hybrid work.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for events and chapter support.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM/email tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with volunteer communities.
