What you will do

• Activate high-intent signups by helping them integrate SDKs and reach meaningful platform usage.
• Provide personalized technical outreach to solve installation problems and guide users to the right resources.
• Create technical tutorials, videos, and blog posts to establish a public practitioner voice.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for outreach, next-step suggestions, and usage analysis.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to optimize targeting and onboarding based on activation signals.
• Route sales conversations and product issues to the appropriate internal owners.

Requirements

• Prior technical experience as a developer, support engineer, or solutions engineer.
• Ability to credibly troubleshoot SDK integrations.
• Fluency with AI tools and experience building automated workflows.
• Strong communication skills across writing, video, and live sessions.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in developer advocacy or growth at PLG companies like Stripe, Vercel, or Supabase.
• Existing developer audience or a track record of content creation (YouTube, LinkedIn, blog).
• Experience working with intent signals, lead scoring, or product analytics.
• Broad knowledge across various languages, frameworks, and SDKs.
