Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Act as the main technical voice for 1-5 major clients, leading them on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks.
• Define and implement technical strategies within accounts to ensure wider and deeper adoption of ML and AI.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions to solve complex customer needs.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the target accounts.
• Provide structured mentorship to other team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with large enterprise accounts (>$1m ARR) in the Retail or CPG space.
• 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activity.
• Deep technical knowledge of big data, data science, and cloud environments.
• 3+ years of design and implementation experience with Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP or full lifecycle data science solutions.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
