What you will do

• Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog to maximize customer and end-user value.
• Align with senior management on the product delivery roadmap, MVP definitions, and release cadence.
• Provide design oversight for user stories and accept/reject deliverables based on the Definition of Done.
• Lead scrum or Kanban events and implement strategies to enhance the customer product experience.
• Coordinate risk, quality, and business testing management while managing defect prioritization.
• Define OKRs in partnership with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or professional product certification.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in Agile delivery.
• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes, roles, and practices.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience in scaled agile delivery.
• Previous project management experience.
