Advisor Experience Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Canada with valid work authorization. The role follows a hybrid schedule, currently based in Toronto (483 Bay Street) with a transition to Mississauga (3 Robert Speck Parkway) in late 2026.

Salary: $99,000–$123,000 (Total annual cash compensation including target bonus).

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for advisor questions, escalations, and operational support.
• Partner with advisors to navigate complex, time-sensitive business situations and internal workflows.
• Liaise with Compliance and Operations teams to drive timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate responses across stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and risk management.
• Identify recurring themes and provide recommendations to leadership to improve advisor experience.
• Act as a trusted extension of Wealth Leadership to prioritize day-to-day operational challenges.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Canadian wealth management, advisor support, compliance, or operations.
• Strong understanding of Canadian wealth management operations and regulatory environments.
• Proven experience managing escalations and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to operate with sound judgment in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
