What you will do

• Own project quality decisions and define quality gates and engineering best practices to mitigate risk.
• Architect and integrate advanced AI capabilities, including Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and autonomous agents, into QA workflows.
• Perform rigorous front-end, cross-browser, and responsive layout testing against Figma specifications.
• Develop testing strategies for enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Brightspot, or AEM.
• Execute deep API testing, web performance audits via Lighthouse, and SEO quality assurance.
• Enforce WCAG/ADA accessibility standards and validate multi-market localization setups.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• 4–6+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst or Engineer in high-stakes digital environments.
• Hands-on experience developing AI solutions within QA flows, including prompt engineering and MCPs.
• Proficiency in E2E and visual automation using Playwright or Cypress with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of API testing, enterprise CMS workflows, and web performance tools.
• Active ISTQB certification and a professional engineering license (if degree is in Engineering).
