What you will do

• Build AI agents, automations, and prompt systems based on a prioritized backlog.
• Partner with end users to design, test, and iterate on solutions to ensure high adoption.
• Own the technical approach and implementation for all shipped AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot and support the Glean enterprise AI platform for internal users.
• Contribute to a shared AI solution catalog to enable cross-functional reuse.
• Collaborate with IT and AI Strategy teams on data connections and API integrations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Demonstrated hands-on experience building with AI tools, agents, and automation frameworks.
• Experience working directly with end users to deploy and iterate on technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of API integration patterns and AI tool landscapes.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into practical technical designs.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in an enterprise environment.
