What you will do

• Build and maintain OpenClaw (and other agentic) skills and workflows across the GTM organization.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS/AM, and Partnerships to identify tasks worth automating and ship them.
• Integrate agents with the tools GTM teams already use by connecting APIs, data sources, and third-party services.
• Prototype quickly, validate with real users, and iterate based on feedback.
• Own reliability by diagnosing and fixing agent workflow breakages.

Requirements

• Location: Remote in the United States
• 0–2 years of experience (new grads and early-career builders welcome).
• Hands-on OpenClaw or agentic experience is required (e.g., Hermes Agent, LangChain, AutoGPT, or custom LLM/API agent projects).
• Experience building agent skills/workflows and understanding how the framework behaves in practice.
• Comfort picking up new tools quickly and translating executive/GTM needs into working automation.
• Clear communicator with a strong GitHub track record (more green than black).
