Compensation: $112,000–$131,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain deep relationships with leadership teams of state prison agencies and key stakeholders.
• Define and communicate how hirify.global will guide partner states to increase liberty for incarcerated populations.
• Adapt core product offerings and data analysis capabilities to meet specific state needs.
• Coordinate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to implement required features and support state objectives.
• Drive partnerships toward measurable impact and long-term financial sustainability.
• Navigate challenging environments, including interactions with correctional staff and incarcerated individuals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, product management, political strategy, lobbying, or policy.
• Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and relationship management in challenging environments.
• Experience working with or within state governments (specifically mentioning experience with Missouri government agencies).
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and document clear, replicable internal processes.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Arkansas.

• Residence in a city with convenient or direct flight access to Little Rock, AR.
