What you will do

• Partner with the CEO to define and execute company strategy, translating priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead high-priority business initiatives and special projects, ensuring accountability across strategic goals.
• Prepare executive briefings, board reports, and investor updates while representing leadership in key meetings.
• Optimize internal processes, develop executive dashboards, and track KPIs to improve organizational efficiency and scalability.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to remove operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy, Operations, Business Management, or Consulting.
• Proven track record of working directly with CEOs, founders, or executive leadership teams.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to influence teams without relying on formal authority.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Notion.
• Must be based in one of the specified countries (Jamaica, Panama, El Salvador, Honduras, or Belize).

Nice to have

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Experience in high-growth technology startups or top-tier consulting firms.
• Background in Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or Business Operations.
• Experience supporting board reporting and leading organizational change initiatives.
