What you will do

• Own and manage hirify.global's strategic partnership portfolio to drive mutual growth and revenue.
• Strengthen existing partner relationships by increasing engagement and collaboration.
• Develop joint business plans and identify opportunities to expand integrations and go-to-market initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner executives and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure partner success.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit new strategic technology partners to complement the platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management within SaaS or fintech.
• Experience managing technology integrations and strategic partnerships rather than purely reseller relationships.
• Proven success growing existing partner relationships and developing new ones.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally.
• Experience selling or partnering within the financial services, banking, or mortgage ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Must have valid US work authorization.
