Analyst / Senior Analyst (Data Science)

Location: Hybrid; at least three days per week in a local office or working onsite with clients.

What you will do

• Design analytical solutions and implement prototypes for complex client challenges.
• Develop NLP-based machine learning tools to predict credit rating downgrades from news articles.
• Model portfolio decarbonization strategies and develop probability of default and loss models for banks.
• Build promotion analytics and next-best-action models to improve commercial performance and reduce customer churn.
• Validate customer-facing GenAI chatbots and develop AI-based methodologies for identifying supply chain risks.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to assess analytical effectiveness and communicate data science concepts clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Natural Sciences.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience for Analyst level or at least 2 years for Senior Analyst level in specialized consulting, top-tier banking, or financial institutions.
• Data-driven mindset, strong numerical ability, and capacity to explain sophisticated data science concepts to clients and colleagues.
• Programming skills in Python or R and willingness to continuously expand technical knowledge.
• Strong teamwork skills and resilience in a creative, constantly changing environment.
• Excellent command of English and Greek, both verbal and written.
