Location: Okanagan Campus - Kelowna, BC, Canada. Must be based in Kelowna, BC, and possess a valid BC Drivers License and own transportation.
Salary: $6,747.50 - $9,701.42 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Develop and implement campus-wide engagement strategies to connect students with employers and alumni.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for on- and off-campus employers seeking to recruit Okanagan talent.
- Oversee the CRM strategy and platform (Symplicity) to manage job postings and mentorship programs.
- Collaborate with faculty and academic units to align employer relationships with specific disciplines.
- Plan and execute career fairs, speaker series, and workshops using social media tools like LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate student staff, co-op students, and volunteers.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in business development or employer engagement.
- Valid BC Drivers License and own transportation required.
- Commitment to enhancing awareness and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience working within higher education.
- Knowledge of CACEE standards and guidelines for ethical recruitment.
- Experience with CRM and career management software platforms.
