What you will do

• Lead the legal execution of project finance, asset finance, and other strategic funding initiatives in a capital-intensive environment.
• Manage financing transactions from inception to financial close, coordinating with banks, lenders, and external counsel.
• Advise on financing structures, funding solutions, and transaction strategies for complex cross-border arrangements.
• Take ownership of transaction management, overseeing due diligence and managing critical timelines for concurrent processes.
• Collaborate with the CLO, Finance, and Treasury teams to provide pragmatic legal advice and support commercial decision-making.
• Instruct and manage global external legal advisers and specialist consultants to align with company objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in top-tier law firms, financial institutions, or in-house legal roles.
• Significant expertise in complex cross-jurisdictional transactions, including debt and equity fundraising, capital markets, and venture debt.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and cross-border regulatory and structuring considerations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital infrastructure, AI infrastructure, hyperscalers, or data centres.
• Exposure to GPU financing or hardware financing structures.
• Experience with asset-backed financing, securitisation, or structured finance.
• Familiarity with convertible debt or broader capital markets products.
