What you will do

• Serve as the senior subject matter expert for OT networks and physical deployment of Corporate IT and Security infrastructure.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Security, Controls, SCADA, and construction to align deployment plans and requirements.
• Consult on network designs regarding pathways, cabinet layouts, fiber/copper routing, and installation sequencing.
• Support OT network architecture, segmentation, managed switching, firewall boundaries, and redundancy design.
• Coordinate OT cybersecurity practices, including remote access controls, patch management, and incident response.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and operational readiness activities for data center network systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting industrial/OT networks, enterprise deployments, or mission-critical data center environments.
• Strong understanding of OT networking concepts including EtherNet/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and PLC/SCADA interfaces.
• Working knowledge of Corporate IT and Security network environments.
• Experience coordinating with construction, commissioning, and system integrators.
• Familiarity with OT cybersecurity, network monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center BMS, EPMS, or facility network environments.
• Proficiency with industrial and enterprise platforms like Cisco Industrial, Catalyst, Nexus, Fortinet, or Palo Alto.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443 or NIST cybersecurity frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or industrial networking credentials.
