What you will do

• Collect customer requirements for data center and hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Design detailed technical architectures and formulate comprehensive solutions comprising hardware, software, and licensing.
• Develop Bills of Materials (BOM) and precise technical configurations.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and sales teams to drive the sales process and build customer relationships.
• Create professional customer-facing presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Define Scope of Services, task lists, and professional service pricing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
• 7+ years of experience architecting and implementing complex Data Center solutions.
• Strong expertise with Dell EMC (Servers, Storage, Data Protection), Cisco (Servers, FC switching), and VMware (Virtualization, SDDC).
• Hands-on experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) such as VxRail, HyperFlex, or Nutanix.
• Proven capability in sizing and designing server compute, data protection, and storage solutions.
• Must be based in the Philadelphia region.

Nice to have

• Pre-sales experience within a system integrator or consulting organization.
• Proficiency with data protection tools like Veeam, Rubrik, or Cohesity.
• AWS and/or Azure certifications.
• Enterprise Networking knowledge with Cisco or Juniper.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
