What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and full lifecycle for a key fintech product area.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption and business impact, and use data to guide priorities.
• Partner with financial institutions and dealers to optimize critical lending workflows.
• Lead complex discovery through customer research, structured experimentation, and market insight.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and technical context.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, lending, automotive, or complex digital platforms.
• Proven track record of owning product strategy, execution, and outcomes for complex products.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to partner deeply with engineering teams.
• Demonstrated capability applying AI tools for research, prototyping, analysis, and workflow acceleration.
• Expertise in data-informed decision-making and defining success metrics.
• Experience managing multi-level stakeholders and navigating complex business constraints.
