Product Manager, B2B (Auth0)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid role

Annual base salary: CAD 124,000–170,500

What you will do

• Own Enterprise Connections and B2B Connect, shaping core enterprise federation capabilities for Auth0.
• Modularize B2B offerings so customers can adopt high-value features without a full identity migration.
• Build and advance regional and vertical identity standards roadmaps.
• Research and prototype identity and tenancy solutions, conduct market tests, and analyze customer and product data.
• Work with engineering and design to define requirements, APIs, detailed specifications, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Improve the experience for B2B administrators and software developers while following the product delivery lifecycle and security standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading as a Product Manager or Engineering Team Lead.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology, IT, or software.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or an Engineering Bootcamp completed within the same timeframe.
• Experience with B2B SaaS applications and multi-tenant software development.
• Deep understanding of OAuth, SAML, and SCIM identity and directory protocols.
• Experience with API design, detailed specifications, SQL or BI tools, and modern AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong customer interview and people skills.
• Ability to travel within the US or Canada for customer conversations or research.
