Product Lead (Senior Care Technology)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto or Waterloo, Ontario; remote work considered across Canada

Salary: CAD 140,000–190,000 annual base salary, plus opportunity for equity

What you will do

• Own the software product used by care organizations and partners to monitor residents and clients.
• Set and maintain the product roadmap using customer feedback and product data.
• Lead releases from discovery through delivery in close collaboration with engineering.
• Develop integrations and partner capabilities that support scalable deployments.
• Represent partner needs across sales, support, and engineering.
• Work directly with the COO and CTO and collaborate with the consumer product lead.

Requirements

• Experience owning and shipping a software product end to end, in a consumer or B2B environment.
• Ability to make product decisions based on customer conversations and data.
• Comfort working with partners and participating in sprint reviews.
• Experience working in a small team with broad ownership and hands-on responsibilities.
• Availability to work hybrid in Toronto or Waterloo, or remotely from Canada.
