Salary: £30,000 per annum

What you will do

• Investigate stock discrepancies and resolve inventory issues across multiple customer accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries regarding stock blocking, release, transfers, and sample requests.
• Perform regular physical stock checks and warehouse-based investigations within freezer environments.
• Produce and maintain detailed stock reports to track trends in non-conformances and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Transport teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Support audit activities and manage customer-specific compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, warehouse administration, or supply chain environments.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work both in an office environment and within freezer environments.
