What you will do

• Act as day-to-day operational manager for 3PL and last-mile activities, monitoring capacity and enforcing partner SLAs.
• Own end-to-end inbound order flows and dispatch/delivery metrics, coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs.
• Maintain strict stock discipline and support pick-to-order operations through accurate inventory data and reconciliations.
• Track, control, and approve/dispute supplier and logistics invoices to ensure on-time payment.
• Monitor daily logistics KPIs, compile performance data for weekly regional reporting, and identify process/tool bottlenecks to improve workflows.
• Root-cause delivery failures with last-mile carriers and CX to reduce customer contact/refund rates and resolve logistics escalations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or retail logistics, including daily work with 3PLs and last-mile networks.
• Proven ability to own daily operational metrics and hold external vendors accountable to strict timelines and performance SLAs.
• Experience with fast-moving pick-to-order fulfillment or e-commerce warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail; comfortable auditing high volumes of stock and invoice data.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to align external partners and internal teams (Commercial, Planning, Finance, CX) via Slack, email, and phone.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
