What you will do

• Monitor quality performance metrics and proactively escalate high-impact issues using supplier and warranty data.
• Drive root cause analysis and resolution by engaging cross-functional teams with a data-driven approach.
• Develop and maintain quality standards, control systems, and supplier quality protocols for the HC Series CAB.
• Perform thorough inspection and testing of materials, equipment, and processes for compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams during design reviews to mitigate assembly risks for cabin trim.
• Lead MRB meetings and serve as the quality representative on the engineering change control board.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Garden Grove, CA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or supplier quality engineering, specifically controlling class A surfaces.
• Familiarity with quality core tools: QMS, APQP, SPC, PPAP, and FMEA.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in ISO-9001:2018 or IATF 16949 standards.
• Solid understanding of paint quality, vehicle general assembly, and EOL vehicle inspection.
