Salary: $98,300 – $133,100

hirify.global is a SaaS platform that provides business management software for small home service businesses to help them quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of flagship virtual and hybrid events.
• Develop and manage detailed workback plans, timelines, and six-to-seven figure budgets.
• Oversee large-scale logistics, including vendor management, venue selection, and AV/tech platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams to align events with company priorities.
• Measure and report on event performance (e.g., lead acquisition and revenue expansion) using a data-informed approach.
• Travel within Canada and the United States for event execution, site visits, and keynote filming.

Requirements

• Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Legally eligible to travel to the United States.
• Proven experience executing high-visibility company-led events with thousands of attendees.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Product Marketing teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in event promotion and marketing campaigns (email, paid media, social).
• Experience working in SaaS or at a high-growth tech company.
• Familiarity with event technology platforms, CRM integrations, and marketing automation tools.
• CMP certification or equivalent.
