What you will do

• Coordinate the intake process for software and AI tool requests by gathering requirements and clarifying submissions.
• Track requests, decisions, and action items while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Partner with IT, security, and business stakeholders to route inquiries and escalate potential risks.
• Support review meetings by documenting decisions and tracking follow-up tasks.
• Perform basic triage research on requested tools to identify potential security or compliance red flags.
• Maintain an inventory of tools to support standardization and identify potential overlaps.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Oakville, ON.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Foundational familiarity with AI concepts and terminology.
• Experience creating status reports and summaries using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Collaborative, service-minded approach to working across diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with ticketing or work management tools like ServiceNow.
• Ability to write concise assessment summaries or recommendations.
• Familiarity with IT concepts such as identity management and networking.
