Product Operations Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Curate and maintain the core product metrics library, including definitions, owners, and calculation logic.
• Own the data and dashboards driving Monthly Business Reviews and planning cycles.
• Drive the operational plan for beta tests and broader feature rollouts, tracking readiness across cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain PM playbooks to institutionalize knowledge and recurring processes.
• Manage the PM team's operational rhythm, including OKR tracking and roadmap tooling hygiene.
• Run structured post-launch retrospectives and synthesize findings for the product team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product operations, business operations, strategy, or analytics within enterprise SaaS.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Amplitude, or similar analytical tools.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to automate and scale workflows.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional launches with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to synthesize data into concise documentation.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.

• Familiarity with public sector compliance requirements.
• Prior exposure to data science, engineering, or instrumentation pipelines.
