Salary: $166,000 - $195,000 USD (Base Pay Range, Zone 1)

What you will do

• Create high-quality, performant web products using React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS.
• Own features end-to-end, from inception and design through implementation and launch, as the web expert on your team.
• Build and improve tools that support operations and platforms across the company.
• Collaborate with design and product management to rapidly iterate and ship financial products.
• Develop frameworks and abstractions to accelerate and empower other developers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience with modern web standards, technologies, and frameworks.
• Strong ability to write and efficiently debug JavaScript in Node and browser environments.
• Track record of successfully leading projects and delivering large-scope technical work at scale.
• High standards for code quality, including advocating for testing best practices and improving code review processes.
• In-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
