Web Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Web Engineer (React/TypeScript): Building and optimizing high-performance web-based trading products for a global finance platform with an accent on scalability, frontend performance, and developer experience. Location: Hybrid; must be based in Menlo Park (CA), New York (NY), or Toronto (ON) with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $130,000 - $195,000 USD (base pay varies by location zone)

• Create high-quality, performant products using React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS.
• Own and drive features from initial design and inception through to implementation and launch.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience with modern web standards, technologies, and frameworks.
• Proficiency in writing and debugging JavaScript in both Node and browser environments.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scope technical projects at scale.
• Strong commitment to code quality, testing best practices, and rigorous code review processes.
• Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, New York, or Toronto offices.
