What you will do

• Integrate 3rd party memory interface cores such as DDR, LPDDR, GDDR, HBM, and eMMC into SoC designs.
• Define core requirements and validate the competence of IP developers.
• Oversee core development, ensure technology compliance, and manage silicon validation.
• Manage 3rd party developers, including creating statements of work (SOW) and leading progress reviews.
• Collaborate with sales teams to meet customer requirements and win bids.
• Provide technical guidance to the design center on core integration and conduct joint reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5-10 years of experience, or a Master's/PhD with 3-5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in DDR-type interfaces and challenges associated with SoC PHY integration, timing analysis, and packaging.
• Experience with ASIC design flows, including logic synthesis, physical design, DRC/LVS, and formal verification.
• Understanding of Design-for-Test (DFT) concepts, including scan and embedded core testing.
• Strong project management and customer management skills.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
