Plant Controller (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with plant and finance leadership to establish standard reporting, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Act as the primary financial business partner for budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly variance analysis.
• Manage plant-level controlling activities, including cost of sales analysis and inventory valuation.
• Ensure financial reporting and month-end close activities comply with US GAAP, local GAAP, and SOX.
• Own the CapEx reporting and forecasting process for Cork and Nazareth locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, plant controlling, or senior cost accounting.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing cost accounting and inventory valuation.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP, and SOX compliance.
• Strong ERP experience, with a preference for Oracle Fusion.
