Project Controller (Data Centers)

Location: Must be based in the AMER region (North America)

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Perform project setup and administrative documentation from due diligence through delivery.
• Track and maintain commitments and costs against the project's established budget baseline.
• Administer requisitions, process invoices, manage Purchase Orders, and coordinate vendor payments.
• Maintain budget tracking tools and produce financial forecasts and reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor financial and scheduling factors to identify deviations from the project baseline.
• Ensure project financial activities comply with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Proven experience in project financial control, cost management, and project administration.
• Proficient understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Suite.
• Strong analytical skills, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and an understanding of data center construction.
• Location: Must be based in the AMER region (North America)
