What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for named accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage the onboarding process for new clients to ensure timely product adoption
• Monitor usage rates and conduct training sessions to maximize platform potential
• Develop retention strategies and manage the contract renewal process
• Identify and present expansion opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Gather client feedback for product and service delivery teams to drive improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in digital marketing
• Must be based in North America
• AI-first mindset with the ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency
• Proficiency with CRM and CS tools like Salesforce and Gainsight
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
