Senior Customer Success Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own ultimate responsibility for account health, retention, and expansion across an assigned enterprise client base.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and conduct consultative Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues and collaborate with internal teams for swift resolution.
• Educate clients and Travel Management Company (TMC) providers on product technology and industry best practices.
• Advocate for client needs internally to influence product strategy and process improvements.
• Monitor program performance and research technical concerns in partnership with Support teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a consultative, strategic customer success role or within the travel industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Valid US work authorization (the company is unable to offer sponsorship now or in the future).
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Proficiency or strong familiarity with Power BI for data reporting.
• Experience with Confluence.
