What you will do
- Develop backend software and platforms for financial business functions and core engineering teams.
- Build Java and Spring microservices that interact with MongoDB and distributed services.
- Automate solutions in collaboration with trading, sales, asset management, banking, finance, and other business partners.
- Design reliable and scalable systems that provide real-time access to deal information and support high-volume data processing.
- Work with UI/UX designers, data scientists, cloud engineers, and other specialists in an agile environment.
- Apply software development lifecycle practices, testing, monitoring, reporting, and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Java, Spring, and NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB.
- Experience with microservices, Java deployments, and DevOps tools such as GitLab.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle best practices.
- Excellent analytical thinking, judgment, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams while maintaining attention to detail and meeting goals.
