Lead Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing)

What you will do

• Lead creative strategy across a portfolio of high-volume client accounts, maintaining high quality and velocity.
• Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS to create insight-driven creative briefs.
• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to transform data-driven insights into performing concepts.
• Implement AI tools and workflows to optimize research, concept testing, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a related agency/in-house role.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume content production within iterative sprint cycles.
• Experience managing creative strategy for multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong ability to interpret performance data from ads managers and creative-analytics platforms.
• Polished communication skills for presenting strategy and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in writing clear, strategic creative briefs that guide creative teams.
