What you will do

• Define and socialize the roadmap for MFA authentication factors including WebAuthn, Passkeys, and Passwordless/OTP.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build actionable requirements and deliver high-value authentication solutions.
• Develop and test product hypotheses using lightweight demos, proof-of-concepts, and interactive mockups.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of your product area.
• Partner with Product Marketing and field teams to enable successful feature launches and manage the product lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for research, writing, and prototyping to accelerate the development cycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager.
• Must be based in the specified US or Canada office locations.
• Functional experience in identity management, MFA mechanisms (TOTP, SMS OTP, push notifications, hardware keys), or security.
• Technical aptitude to communicate effectively with engineering teams and external developers.
• Understanding of API and SDK design principles, including versioning and documentation.
• Proven track record of delivering technical enterprise products.

Nice to have

• Hands-on technical background in software engineering, developer advocacy, or solutions engineering.
• Familiarity with authentication standards: WebAuthn, FIDO2/Passkeys, OIDC, and SAML.
• Knowledge of cryptographic concepts such as public key infrastructure and attestation.
• Experience analyzing behavioral data using SQL, dashboards, or analytics tools.
