Senior Product Manager - Auth0

Location: Hybrid role based in Bellevue, Washington; Chicago, Illinois; New York, New York; Toronto, Ontario, Canada; or Washington, DC

Salary: $169,000–$232,000 USD annually or $146,000–$200,000 CAD annually, depending on work location

What you will do

• Partner with engineering and product design to define requirements and deliver authentication factor solutions.
• Define, communicate, and maintain the product roadmap, strategy, business cases, and product lifecycle.
• Develop and test product hypotheses through lightweight demos, proof-of-concepts, interactive mockups, and customer validation.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics for the product area.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and field teams to support feature launches.
• Use AI-assisted tools for research, writing, prototyping, and demo creation throughout product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager.
• Experience delivering technical enterprise products and communicating effectively with engineering teams and customer developers.
• Functional experience in identity management, authentication factors, or security, especially MFA mechanisms such as TOTP, SMS OTP, push notifications, and hardware security keys.
• Understanding of API and SDK design, including error handling, versioning, documentation, and developer experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer-problem discovery, and collaborative product-discovery skills.
• Ability to travel within the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• Software engineering, developer advocacy, or solutions engineering background.
• Familiarity with WebAuthn, FIDO2/Passkeys, OATH, OIDC, and SAML.
• Knowledge of cryptographic concepts such as public key infrastructure, attestation, and challenge-response flows.
• Experience with SQL, dashboards, analytics tooling, and agile or Scrum environments.
