Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA) — Must be based in Boston, MA and attend the office on two core days (typically Tue, Wed, or Thu)

Salary: $107,900 – $143,800

What you will do

• Elicit, document, and translate business needs into detailed requirements, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Product teams to analyze technical feasibility, cost, and customer impact.
• Manage and refine JIRA projects and backlogs while supporting sprint planning and prioritization using Agile methodologies.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements remain accurate throughout delivery.
• Validate that delivered features and enhancements meet all documented requirements and acceptance criteria across platforms.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator/manager, or product owner.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to streamline process and build requirements documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in working within Agile environments using Jira.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical discipline (engineering or science).
