What you will do

• Process MBS Allocations via FICC EPN, ensuring all daily cutoff deadlines are met for Ginnie Mae and Fannie Mae activity.
• Manage FICC comparison processing through RTTM for trade novations and margin positions.
• Monitor and manage aged fail items, including support for CPR Claims processing and resolution.
• Execute trade assignments and process manual give-ups, reconciling monthly cash settlements for FICC.
• Maintain static data and monitor exception/error queues using IMPACT and MBSE Bloomberg Monitor.
• Identify and resolve operational breaks and discrepancies, escalating risk items as appropriate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with MBS allocations, FICC EPN, RTTM, and fixed income operational workflows.
• Experience with fail reporting, aged item management, and cash settlement reconciliation.
• Proficiency with IMPACT, ION, BPS, Bloomberg, and MBSE systems.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Newark, NJ or Edgewood, LI.
• Series 99 certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of TMPG, trade assignments, and manual give-up processing.
• Experience with ICI, BDC, RTTM, BPS, and iMatch.
