Business Analyst (Public Sector)

What you will do

• Elicit, document, and validate complex requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Architects to ensure project delivery.
• Produce high-quality analysis and documentation to support critical Defence projects.
• Facilitate workshops and engagement activities directly at the client site.
• Manage user stories and project documentation using JIRA and Confluence.

Requirements

• Substantial experience as a senior-level Business Analyst or consultant.
• Expertise in requirements analysis and stakeholder management.
• Must be a UK National.
• Must hold or be able to attain SC security clearance.
• Based in the Midlands with the ability to travel to client sites.
• BCS qualification or equivalent professional credentials preferred.
