TL;DR
Business Analyst (DevSecOps): Supporting the operations and maintenance of a federal agency’s DevSecOps software development platform with an accent on requirements elicitation, stakeholder communication, and documentation. Focus on creating end-user guidance, managing CI/CD pipeline documentation, and translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

What you will do
- Create and maintain end-user documentation and knowledge base articles to support platform adoption.
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites for internal documentation and team collaboration.
- Facilitate meetings and stakeholder interviews to elicit and validate requirements for complex projects.
- Support the operations of a DevSecOps platform and assist in coordinating the remediation of security findings.
- Assist in developing CI/CD pipeline support documentation and process guidance for development teams.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
- U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document repository tools like SharePoint or Confluence.
- Strong analytical, project planning, and written/oral communication skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile-based tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub Enterprise, or Trello.
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and UML.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices in a federal environment.
