What you will do

• Drive continuity of supply by anticipating, assessing, and mitigating risks across the global network.
• Coordinate critical stock allocation and prioritization decisions during constrained supply situations.
• Act as a strategic connection between factories, markets, and divisional planning teams to resolve complex challenges.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights through the development of analytical tools and dashboards.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improving service and inventory effectiveness.
• Champion process improvements to accelerate the organization's transition to an AI-enabled model.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain Planning (DRP, Supply Planning, Material Planning, or MPS).
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
• Advanced Power BI capabilities, including data modelling and dashboard development.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage ambiguity, and take ownership.

Nice to have

• Data engineering skills.
• Experience developing advanced dashboards in Power BI.
