What you will do

• Own end-to-end transportation processes from warehouse collection to final customer delivery.
• Manage and challenge the carrier portfolio via performance reviews and continuous improvement plans.
• Monitor transportation KPIs with Data Analysts to identify issues and measure impact.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives while managing market dynamics and shipment mix.
• Scale transportation offerings across B2C, B2B, and out-of-home delivery services.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Warehouse teams to launch new services and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency for interpreting operational KPIs.
• Proven ability to translate performance data into practical operational actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills to challenge carriers.
• Highly autonomous and structured approach to prioritizing multiple workstreams.
• Must be based in or able to work in Madrid for a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced scale-ups or high-growth environments.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Metabase or Power BI.
• Experience launching transportation services across multiple markets.
• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
