What you will do

• Support Cost Improvement and B2B initiatives by maintaining and updating project tracking for cost savings and strategic objectives.
• Generate and analyze B2B reports and KPIs to support business performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Costing, and Sourcing teams to ensure project visibility and smooth execution of initiatives.
• Prepare project documentation and presentations required for Sales Approval Gates.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate data flows, and enhance internal tool efficiency.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the last three years) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• English proficiency level B2 or higher required.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental work.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or other automation tools.
