What you will do
- Develop and manage international supplier relationships, focusing on long-term partnerships and performance evaluation.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiate complex contracts to align with technical and budgetary requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to translate market trends into actionable sourcing decisions.
- Coordinate procurement activities across a matrix structure, sharing best practices with the wider group.
- Analyze market trends, manage purchasing reports, and conduct detailed spend analysis.
- Oversee supplier quality processes, including audits and corrective actions.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in technical or industrial environments.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating teams within a matrix organization.
- English proficiency (B2/C1 minimum) is essential for international collaboration.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
