What you will do

• Own end-to-end projects from planning through execution to improve business efficiency.
• Lead inventory management and operational control within the ERP system.
• Develop predictive inventory forecasting frameworks to support global events.
• Define and track KPIs related to inventory value, utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage logistics needs.
• Lead team members to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1+).
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with ERP systems or logistics management software.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
